These rules ensure the happiness and wellbeing of our cats and other guests.
Age Restrictions
Children 6+ only allowed in the playroom. No exceptions.
Children 12 and under need a dedicated adult companion at a 1:1 ratio. For each child, one adult needs to be present and pay an entry fee. We appreciate your help in upholding our playroom rules and keeping our cats' wellbeing at the heart of our mission.
Children ages 16-18 may enter without an adult, but an adult 19+ must sign our playroom waiver in advance.
Playroom Waiver
All guests entering the playroom must sign a waiver prior to entry. Click here to pre-sign and speed-up check-in. For guests under the age of 19, an adult must sign the waiver on their behalf.
Booking Multiple People/Time Slots
Book an individual session for each person in your group. Under the reservation, select the "Quantity" of members in your group.
Arrival & Parking
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Designated parking is only available in the lot directly to the west of our building. Please be respectful of our Dundee neighbors and only use designated parking.

Entry Fees
Your entry fee goes toward cat care and ensuring the best possible experience for you and our feline friends. All reservations are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled using the link provided in your original confirmation email.
